21. The Return of the Rabbit and the Turtle

Now old and grey, the Rabbit noticed the Turtle who had beaten him twenty years ago on that legendary race day. He clamored, “My old nemesis, how much pain you've brought me! How did you become so witty to beat me that day? The turtle replied, “Wait- when was this?”

20. The Panda and the Kangaroo of the Canyon

One day the Panda went to the far depths of the country to meet with the Kangaroo of the Canyon whom he heard could predict the future. “Kangaroo of the Canyon can you please tell my future?!” asked the Panda. “It’s happening right now,” replied the Kangaroo of the Canyon.

To realize your present-day, look at your actions.
To realize your destiny, look at your habits.
To realize your legacy, look at your results.

19. The Sun's Day Off

One day the Sun left leaving the planet pitch dark. All the animals got into huge hysteria. “It wants us to suffer!” They howled. The next day, the Sun came back. The animals cried, “Where did you go?! The Sun replied, “Oh, I just wanted to take the day off.”

If you want mental doom, assume.
