13. The Three Baby Bats

The first baby bat skipped one lesson after the other. The second baby bat remained terrified to blunder one lesson after the other. The third baby bat made the most flubs one lesson after the other. In the end, the third baby bat was the only one who can fly.



Make mistakes of determination, not mistakes of  sluggishness

12. The Mountain Goat and the Caterpillar

 A Mountain Goat bawled to Mother Earth, “Everyone lives down on the ground except for me! This is terrible! She replied, “Is it?”  A caterpillar shouted to Mother Earth, “Everyone can eat me here! I wish I could live up in the mountains. This is horrible! She replied, “Is it?” 

 



You have nothing to gain, when you aim to complain.

11. The Bee and The Bull

 A bee went up to a bull and said, “I can buzz all over you, and sting you without you touching me slow bull!” No matter how hard he tried, the bull couldn’t seem to catch the bee. Suddenly, the bee got swallowed up and eaten by a baby mockingbird.  

 

Teasing seems pleasing for a laugh but in the end, it's quite the gaffe.

10. The Queen

All the ants on the island talked about her... “Is it true what she does?”...they would ask.  All the ants admired her. All the ants wanted to be like her. Who was she? She was simply a queen who would personally appreciate every single ant in her colony--everyday.


The real pot of gold is making others feel treasured
